Implementing a Recruiting Strategy

Every church has its own priorities when it comes to recruiting. Therefore, it is helpful for the Christian education committee, elders, etc. to establish a recruiting strategy that fits their individual church. If there are no plans or priorities, in essence, that is the plan.

When formulating a basic, annual ongoing strategy to recruit teachers and leaders, creating an annual calendar of when to do what is an excellent way to begin and continue to work your plan. This will go a long way toward being deliberate to prepare laborers to serve well in the Lord's harvest. If your church needs help with the vital work, please feel fee to call Great Commission Publications at 1-800-595-1032 and one of their field representatives will be glad to work with you.
